The 'Lazy J' is situated in south central New Mexico at 6000 feet.  It is on the apron to a mountain range.  The pictures depict the view from the east, south, west, and north.
We have a weather station on site and contribute to the CWOP and Weather Underground with the data.

I run a small Astronomy business which specializes in unique starcharts, Telrad Finder Charts and high quality lens cleaning kits.

David Hall and myself have been studying the light transmission of various brands of eyepieces for several years. We have collected data and presented
our findings in several forums including local astronomy clubs and a regional MSRAL convention.  We are hoping to summarize our findings in a
future edition of the AL Reflector.
