Robert Morrow called the meeting to order at 2:45 p.m. (Charlie ill).

Board Members present are: Michael Brininstool, Larry Moore, Jim O’Leary and Linda Steinhoff.

Regular members present: Roy Bennett, Becky Brininstool, Rick Norton, Dick Spoula and Fred Walters.

Minutes of the May meeting are accepted as published made by Jim O’Leary. Seconded by

Treasurer’s Report read and approved.

Old Business

Ham Fest: September 1^st. Jim O’Leary talked to RadCom will procure prices for us. Prices will be comparable to last year.

Dinner: Charlie checking into the Bethel Baptist Church. They might have a kitchen that Robert could use. Dick Spoula said that he thought it was okay. Jim O’Leary stated that flyers need to be posted and include the price. $10.00/per person.

Meats: Roast Beef, and Baked Chicken.

Desserts: Club members will bring pies.

Field Day: Will be held at Robert Morrow’s home. It will be one day, Saturday only. Fred Walters will help with the antennas. Set-up will be from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Is the Field Day for fun or for entry to ARRL? Need to get the FD packet off the internet.

New Business

New Members: Becky Brininstool

Change: June Richmond and Jane Smith to Honorary.

Special Events Station: July 14^th & 15^th @ White Sands Missile Range Museum. You need to provide copies of the following to Fred Walters: Vehicle registration, License of Person, and Insurance.

Next meeting: Board Meeting: 7/7/07 @ VFW

Need Flyer approval & have signed off by 7/7/07

Next Regular meeting changed: will be on 7/22/07 @ VFW
