of links, changes in the menu; address, e-mail changes, news(letter) updates, search engine optimization (SEO: see below),
new ideas for your site, changes to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), changing pictures, graphics etc., full backup of
your web site files.
excludes:
Complete graphical redesign, addition of modules requiring complex programming, Flash animations, Java applets,
conversion of content on paper to digital (.txt or .pdf).
SEO Service:
Keyword identification, competition analysis, keyword density analysis, Title and Meta tag optimization, navigation
optimization, content optimization, <h1> <h2> and <alt> tag optimization, internal linking strategy, code clean-up and
modification of hindrances, general search engine and directory submission, employ reciprocal links.
Rates and Schedule:
Website Management
Rate: $15 p/hr with one hour minimum.
Schedule: One update per month (keep a running list of needs).
Daily monitoring of site for dead links, ISP server crash (complete upload of site would be
in order).
Place my webmaster link on your site for internet users to report a problem.
SEO services on 3 month schedule.

Initially, I will work on a three month contract for services. At the end of the first three months, I will review it with you
and, if necessary, make any adjustments at that time.
If I find that there is more activity than my pricing model has allowed for, I will discuss that with you accordingly. If I
find that there is less activity than expected, I will let you know that, too, and make arrangements to bring it in line with
the activity.
I can either upload your site changes to the server (I'll need your FTP account info) or, if you are uncomfortable to give
the information out, I can email the changes to you to upload to your site's host server.

Rate: $30 p/hr
Includes: Creation or graphical redesign of up to 10 pages,addition of modules requiring complex programming, Java
applets,
conversion of content on paper to digital (.txt or .pdf), image creation or manipulation.

Computer Maintenance:
Hard drive cleanup and maximizing including ridding hard drive of trash files, uninstalling junk programs, clean up and
optimize the registry and defragment the file system. Clean system of viruses, malware and spyware; install/uninstall
software applications; troubleshoot and repair Operating System problems.
Computer Upgrades:
Hardware: install optical drives, hard drives, motherboards, CPUs, PCI cards, etc.
Operating System: upgrade OS, perform clean install of OS, setup dual boot system.
Rates:
$25 p/hr (one hour minimum for troubleshooting.)
